Getting Started

Welcome to Victoria Networks! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to get started on our server.

Part 1: Creating Your Character

Once you join the server, you'll be greeted with the character creation screen. Follow the prompts to create your first character.

Part 2: Character Details

After creating a character, you'll see your character information screen which includes:

• Account Number: Unique ID tied to your character for transactions
• Bank: Current balance in the bank
• Cash: Cash on hand
• Gang Status: Shows if you're part of a gang
• Job Details: Your role and position (e.g., Civilian, Freelancer)
• Personal Info: Name, gender, nationality, and contact details

Part 3: Character Options

When you click on a character, you'll see two options:

• Play: Start playing as the selected character
• Delete Character: Permanently delete the character from your list

Part 4: City Hall

City Hall is marked on your map with a badge symbol. Here you can:

• Obtain new jobs
• Get your driver's license
• Obtain your personal ID

Basic Controls & Mechanics

Important Keybinds:

• LEFT-ALT: Third Eye (interact with objects, stores, NPCs)
• TAB: Open inventory (customizable in keybind settings)
• Z: Radial menu (highly interactive)
• M: Opens vMenu Panel

What To Do In Victoria Networks

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You will need to think outside the box to progress in this server. The staff team will not give hints on illegal locations to make easy money. You will have to use your brain to figure stuff out. We will not give handouts to anyone!

Legal Activities

• Legal Jobs: Get a job at City Hall (trucker, taxi, etc.). Job markers will appear on your map
• Dumpster Diving: Use Third Eye on dumpsters to search for items
• Car Scrapping: Some NPC cars can be scrapped for materials
• Ambulance Services: Visit hospitals to check in at the front desk and heal yourself, or buy bandages from stores

Illegal Activities

Note: You must find crafting locations yourself

• Drug Manufacturing: Meth, Cocaine, Shrooms, Oxy, Weed (find crafting locations)
• Gun Crafting: Craft weapons using materials (find crafting locations)
• Robbable Locations: Stores, banks, jewelry stores (gives dirty money that needs washing)
• Money Laundering: Turn dirty money into clean cash
• Drug Selling: Be aware that cops can be called

Fix Police Lights

If police lights look broken to you, install Siren Setting Limit Adjuster. It's client-sided and installed in your plugins folder in the FiveM Application Data Folder.

Troubleshooting: Clear Your Cache

Experiencing buggy slow interactions or UI lag? Clearing your cache often resolves these issues. After big updates, clearing your FiveM cache ensures a great experience.

Step 1: Finding the Data Folder

1. Right-click the FiveM icon and select "Properties"
2. Select "Open File Location"
3. In the FiveM folder, select "FiveM Application Data"
4. Open the "Data" folder

Step 2: Deleting the Cache

In the Data folder, delete these three folders:

• cache
• server-cache
• server-cache-priv

Note: This does not delete your vMenu saved peds or vehicles! You may need to relog a few times after doing this to fully download everything again.
